About Me
I hold a Master of Science degree in Entrepreneurship from Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana. The topic of my master's thesis was Innovation Potential of Slovenia. In addition, I have received further training in banking and finance from the Association of Banks of Slovenia and Kaplan Schweser abroad. I attended the Negotiation Program at Harvard Law School, and completed training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, in its place of origin Santa Cruz, California. I am fluent in English, German (GDS exam) and French (DELF exam). I have worked as a corporate banking advisor at the Slovenian Export and Development Bank (SID Bank) and as an assistant director of the corporate banking division at Gorenjska banka. I have experience in preparing credit ratings, creditworthiness and cash flow analyses, project appraisals, project financing, syndicated loans, corporate restructurings in cooperation with international consultancy firms and advising companies on investment or working capital loans. My advantage is understanding of how companies do business locally and abroad.
I was employed at Renault Nissan Slovenia as Product Manager and Area Manager. I would like to highlight my work at Kolektor Etra, where I was in charge of the German market and worked successfully with the leading electricity distributors RWE and E.ON. I also led the company's entry into the French market and the start of its cooperation with EDF. Much of the cooperation with these multinationals was through international tenders.
